Lee Enterprises Protects Corrupt Politicians, Judges, County Attorneys and More in the State of Montana - Lee Enterprises - Lee Newspaper Chain Montana

Lee Enterprises soon to be named in a Federal RICO Lawsuit over a Montana Corruption Ring lasting Decades.  Lee Enterprises has a monopoly on the so called news in the State of Montana and Lee Enterprises seems to be above the Law, Above the Constitution and Answer to No One.

Lee Enterprises Reporters will call you and Lee Enterprises will interview and Lee Enterprises will think it odd that you want to record your call with a Lee Enterprises Reporter though you do NOT have to tell the Lee Enterprises Reporter in Montana that you are Recording the Call, as Montana is a Once Party Consent on the Call Recording issue.

Lee Enterprises know full well that the "Story" they are printing is bought and paid for by Montana Corruption, and when you bring the proof to the attention of Lee Enterprises, well you are the liar, story teller and Lee Enterprises is the AUTHORITY as Lee Enterprises is a major company and well Lee Enterprises has a corner on the news market in Montana, and many in MT still seem to "Believe" that what Lee Enterprises news outlets such as the Missoulian and the Ravalli Republic have to say is True, when in Fact they are the Media and they are protected ... so along with ad revenue, the Lee Enterprises Mafia also takes blood money to keep Montana Victims without Rights and to protect Corrupt Politicians in Montana, Corrupt Montana Judges, Corrupt Montana County Attorneys and to stand by the Criminals instead of the Victims...

Lee Enterprises is on the Wrong Side of the Moral Compass in Every Way.  Lee Enterprises is Corrupt in my opinion and has no intention of bringing you the real news.

Denny Rehberg is Up to Dirty Tricks, and Corrupt Deal in My Opinion. What is the Truth on Denny Rehberg and the Cheyenne Land Swap ?

Montana is in political chaos.  The Wall of Corruption is unstoppable.  Denny Rehberg,Governor Brian Schweitzer, Max Baucus, Several County Attorneys, County Sheriffs throughout the State and Montana Attorney General Steve Bullock ALL stand behind Corrupt Judges, Cops, County Attorneys - they stand behind the Criminal AGAINST the Victim.

I have seen Denny Rehberg on issues to do with the Indian Nation, and In my Opinion Denny Rehberg has nothing but discontent for the Indian Nation.  Denny Rehberg spoke down to the representatives of the Indian Nation and Denny Rehberg has refused a voice and action for Montana Tribes since Denny Rehberg has been in Office.  And now we are to magically believe that this Denny Rehberg Land Deal in ca-hoots with ( Denny RehbergGreat Northern Properties, CEO Chuck Kerr , U.S. Interior Department , Cheyenne Tribal, Joe Fox, Montana's State Land Board,Governor Brian Schweitzer, Max Baucus )

Denny Rehberg has never - EVER had any intention of doing anything for the Indian Nation in Montana or for Montana Victims of Massive Corruption that cannot be stopped.  Denny Rehberg is not a man of honor.  There is way more to the now infamous Denny Rehberg Flathead Lake Boat Crash then anyone is talking about. I want to know more about the Denny Rehberg Flathead Lake Boat Crash - email your Denny Rehberg Flathead Lake Boat Crash to me, Crystal L. Cox - Montana Investigative Blogger at Crystal@CrystalCox.com

"WASHINGTON, D.C. - A proposed land swap between the Northern Cheyenne Tribe and a private company has the bipartisan support of Montana's political leaders.

Congressman Denny Rehberg is sponsoring a bill that would make that exchange official. The deal was negotiated between the Tribe and Great Northern Properties nearly a decade ago.

The exchange would correct a century old surveying error by the U.S. Government, which left coal reserves on tribal land under the control of the Northern Pacific Railroad, which was passed on to Great Northern Properties.

That error prevents the tribe from earning royalties on coal reserves that lie below reservation land. Rehberg's bill would correct that mistake. He says it would create significant revenue for the Northern Cheyenne.
The republican says it would also impact the Signal Peak Mining operation near Roundup, which employs 280 workers.

Rehberg says the deal contributes to a more balanced energy policy that would include fossil fuels in addition to alternative energy such as wind power. He says Montana's economy is still dependent upon the development of fossil fuels and coal is a major part of that.

The U.S. Interior Department has expressed concern over the exchange saying it appears to be unfairly tilted in favor of Great Northern Properties. However, Northern Cheyenne Tribal Vice President Joe Fox says the tribe believes it's a fair deal and they strongly support the agreement.

Rehberg says his bill has the support of Montana's State Land Board, including Governor Brian Schweitzer as well as both of Montana's democratic Senators, Max Baucus and Jon Tester.

Denny Rehberg, Fox, and Great Northern Properties CEO Chuck Kerr testified in favor of the bill Wednesday morning in Washington, D.C. before the House Natural Resources Subcommittee."

Got a Tip on Denny Rehberg, Great Northern Properties, CEO Chuck Kerr , U.S. Interior Department , Cheyenne Tribal, Joe Fox, Montana's State Land Board,Governor Brian Schweitzer, Max Baucus or Signal Peak Mining ? Email me at Crystal@CrystalCox.com

I say there is alot more to the story, and that there are back end deals that are NOT good for Montanans.  I believe that Denny Rehberg, Great Northern Properties, CEO Chuck Kerr , U.S. Interior Department , Cheyenne Tribal, Joe Fox, Montana's State Land Board, Governor Brian Schweitzer, Max Baucus or Signal Peak Mining are in some deals that are deep below the surface of the Press being so supportive of "Montana Political Leaderswho Fail Us over and over again.

Another side note here is that Montana's Economy is not the concern of Denny Rehberg, Steve Bullock, Max Baucus or Governor Brian Schweitzer.  As plea bargains are rampant, there are favors in local government contracts, state contracts given to friends and families and so much corruption within the commissioners offices county after county and with Montana Judges that this is what prevents Montana from thriving.  We don't need fossil fuels, we need to STOP Corruptions so Regular - NON Political Montana Citizens can make Good Money and not be held down, lied to, mistreated, harassed, demeaned and Constitutional Rights Violated by these So Called Arrogant, I Say EVIL Montana Political Leaders such as Denny Rehberg, Steve Bullock, Max Baucus or Governor Brian Schweitzer.

As we lay in poverty, land taxes up, jobs down, homes foreclosed and lawlessness rampant - as we have no Rights as Montana Victims no matter how many times we cry to these so called "Montana Political Leaders" - they IGNORE our Constitution Rights, our Human Rights, Our Civil Rights and then they brag about these deals that make them Billions and We the People Of Montana Suffer OVER and OVER..

"Bill Fulbright Ravalli County" - Ravalli Count Montana - County Attorney - Bill Fulbright Ravalli County

Prosecutor William "Bill" Fulbright

In 2007 a press release was issued about Bill Fulbright's "award" for Prosecutor of the Year.  How much of an award is it when you nominate yourself within the Ravalli County Attorney Office in Montana?

Note:   Prosecutors of the Year don't violate basic rights, or not appear to "supervise" students.

Ravalli County Attorneys help themselves to Prosecutor award.
Nominate themselves, despite constitutional violations.

HamiltonMontana- Ravalli County Attorney George H. Corn, nominated William "Bill" Fulbright, a prosecutor from Hamilton as the Montana Coalition Against Domestic & Sexual Violence (MCADSV) “Prosecutor of the Year”.

Bill Fulbright has been a prosecutor in Hamilton for the past 5 years, according to Joel Gallob, reporter for the Ravalli Republic
Gallob does not site any other references besides prosecutors from the Ravalli County Attorney office in his story from October 8, 2007 published in the Republic.

Comment was not available from Kelsen Young, Executive Director of MCADSV from Helena, who gave the award Friday in Hamilton.

Bill Fulbright as Deputy Ravalli County Attorney violated the basic rights of a defendant in a case where prima facie evidence, that is, evidence to proceed with trial was lacking.  In a statement made to defense council Sasha Brownlee[1] prior to trial, Fulbright exclaimed that “… if this had been anyone but (Spreadbury) the case would be dismissed.”  This statement is evidence that Bill Fulbright does not respect the rule of law, and prosecutes with malice.

Further this statement violates the Montana Constitution Article II section 4 with respect to equal protection under the law.  The same legal provision of equal protection is found in the 14th Amendment of the US Constitution.

Bill Fulbright Deputy Ravalli County Attorney demonstrated further evidence of malicious prosecution when he asked a county judge, JP Jim Bailey to violate rules of the court as they pertain to evidence.
In a motion dated July 30, 2007 in State of Montana v. Mike Spreadbury case #TK 2006-3068.  Bill Fulbright asked a judge to break the rules of the court for evidence when he failed to submit discovery, a responsibility of the prosecutor on any case

When discovery is not submitted, that is immediate grounds for dismissal.  When Ravalli County is involved however, anything apparently goes. [Angela Wetzsteon was allowed to practice law unsupervised]

Dean Eck of the University of Montana-Missoula School of Law states that when a lawyer initially makes false statements to judicial officers, then they are liable for ethical breech of the Montana Bar Association.  Shawna Ryan, administrator for the Montana Bar in HelenaMT could not be reached for comment.
[Dean ECK was given a Presidential appointment to look the other way for Wetzsteon's conduct].

George H. Corn, the nominator for the award, asked the judge for the same evidence request (on the same day) when Bill Fullbright Deputy Ravalli County Attorney was denied on July 30.
George Corn ’s version of the motion was accepted, due to making false statement of “severe injury” to the witness when in fact no medical attention was necessary as the witness inflicted damage to themselves:

TURNING THE OTHER CHEEK HAS NEW MEANING NOW:
LOOK THE OTHER WAY FOR CORRUPTION IN MONTANA

As with his nomination for the prosecutor award, George H. Corn gets what he wants whenever he asks. Kathy Seeley, Assistant Attorney General for the State of Montana, and Josh Van De Wettering US Attorney in the Missoula office, in letters dated in April and September respectively state that George Corn has “wide latitude” in performing duties as County Attorney for Ravalli County, which seems to mean that he is above the Montana and US Constitutions.  With the State of Montana and the US Justice Dept. protecting them, an award is small work for George H. Corn.

A defendant’s 6th Amendment right to speedy trial was intentionally violated in the above mentioned case by the Prosecutor of the year, William Fulbright.  Initial appearance was on January 5, 2007 and
Justice Court“trial” was on August 8, 2007.  Seven months is far greater than the 6 months required by speedy trial provisions.  This amendment was written by the founding fathers to protect against false charges, and their associated damages to the citizen.

Article II Section III of the Montana Constitution gives inalienable rights to Montana citizens.  The provisions are for a healthy environment, and to appropriately defend property.

William Fulbright, and George H. Corn were petitioned by 10 Ravalli County residents in July 2006 in a community nuisance petition[2] to uphold these citizens right to a healthy and safe environment.

The RCAO ignored the petition, and decided to prosecute without evidence, which violates rule 3.8 of the Montana Bar Association for prosecution without probable cause.  Preamble to the Montana Bar code of ethics is subsection (6) which states that the law should not be used to intimidate or harass individuals.
Obviously the Montana Bar association rules, the Montana Constitution, nor the US Constitution applies to the prosecutors in Ravalli County

Can a lawyer who wins a prosecutor of the year award violate the basic protections available to Montanaresidents, and American citizens?  When RCAO help themselves to a prosecutor award it is mere peanuts in comparison to helping themselves to people’s rights.

(Bill Fulbright won election for Ravalli County Attorney in 2010 on the premise of protecting peoples rights--a classy politician really because Ravalli County has no rights to speak of, and Bill Fulbright is not bringing Ravalli County any closer to America and the guaranteed, protected rights in constitutional documents--its still cash for crime).

Angela B. Wetzsteon - Prosecutor, Ravalli County Attorny Office, Hamilton, Montana ?

Angela B. Wetzsteon, "practice law without a license" - Angela B. Wetzsteon acting as Prosecutor for Ravalli County Attorny Office in Hamilton, Montana - without a License of Supervision ? Is this True ?

"Ravalli County can be proud: they are un-knowingly the first to do some very unjust things:

1) Allow a law student to practice law although violated constitutional rights. This is the first time in United Stateshistory perhaps the world where this has happened.

[no one is astounded, ashamed, humiliated, or contrite--like a negligent car crash--keep going]
Angela B. Wetzsteon
Prosecutor, Ravalli County Attorny Office, Hamilton, Montana

The FIRST law student to practice law without a license, without supervision. If you or I did that, or violated a court order, we would be in the slammer.....it just depends who you are in Montana. No laws, no rights, no justice, no rhyme or reason, just the ignorant hateful people with group mentality.

2) The clerk of Court for the State Judicial District "unfiled" a pleading before the court; by white-out and red pen over the filed stamp. The best part was acting on behalf of a judgewithout a signature.

Like the Schlitz Beer commercials--IT DOES NOT GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS!!

3) Ravalli County lost 4 of its detainees in 2005 under the close watch, and Hollywood tears of Sheriff Chris Hoffman who was not sure he was going to run for office, but did so in 2006 and 2010.

4) First President declared wildfire in the year 2000 that brought down the south county timber and made lots of match sticks to look at now.

5) We house the City that does not legally exist, Hamilton, MT.

6) Crime to sit peacefully on public property, convicted to jail with United States flag over courthouse.

Visit the State of Montana soon, just don't ask the Highway Partolman if they got a test score, or if they had probable cause for taking your greenbacks. We are a territory without a Constitution or a conscience. Come see Yogi bear in Jellystone Park, just give up your rights at the Montana boarder."

Sarah Peters Makes A Stand Against Domestic Violence Not Taken Serious In Montana By Law Enforcement.

Montana Law Enforcement DOES not Take Stalking Serious, Does not Listen to Victims before it is too Late and it is Time that Montana Law Enforcement Actually Protect and Serve.

Yeah to Sarah Peters. ENOUGH is ENOUGH.
Time to Hear the Victims Cries.
Time to Listen, Make a Stand and Make a Difference.
RIGHT Now !!!

" Recent Murders Spur Protest Against Domestic Violence"

"It has taken Sarah Peters one year, but she’s speaking up. Her mission, she says, is to shine more light on the dark world of domestic violence.

Peters, 27, was 16 years old when she married Justin Calbick, who is currently being held in the Flathead County jail and accused of shooting his brother, Stacey Calbick, 38, and father, Donald Calbick, 60, on Jan. 27, 2010.

On the anniversary of the shootings, Peters and several of her friends stood outside the Flathead County Justice Center holding signs with messages about domestic violence prevention.

Peters said she would like to draw more attention to the matter so no one would have to go through what she did a year ago.

On Jan. 13, 2010, Calbick was arrested and charged with raping and assaulting Peters. Bond was originally set at $50,000 by the District Court, but the Justice Court released him on his own recognizance.

Peters said she went through all the recommended steps to protect herself, including filing a temporary restraining order and going to a safe-house.

But on Jan. 28, 2010, the Flathead County Sheriff’s Department received a 1 a.m. call reporting that Calbick was at his wife’s home armed with a rifle and had bound several people with duct tape.

Court records say Calbick bound the hands and feet of three adults, including Peters, for three hours. There were also three children at the residence. The hostages were able to convince Calbick to turn over the rifle and let his wife’s friend go on the premise that she would not contact authorities.

The woman’s husband called 911 when she got home and responding officers found Calbick sitting on the couch unarmed and arrested him without incident.

It was only later that she learned about Donald and Stacey, Peters said, and she believes they died trying to stop Calbick from going to her house.

Donald, who Peters said was as close as a father, had said he would keep Calbick away from her, she said.

“Dad and Stacey died trying to save us and that wasn’t their job,” Peters said.

What spurred her to speak out, she said, were the Christmas Day murders of Jaimi Hurlburt,35, and her daughter, Alyssa Burkett, 15.

The suspect in the case, Tyler Miller, was Hurlburt’s ex-boyfriend and had allegedly made threats against her life in the days before the shooting.

Upon reading about the shootings in the newspaper, Peters said it was time to stop being a victim and start being an advocate.

She contends that the system that is supposed to protect victims of domestic violence is not working.

This did not have to happen,” Peters said as she held her sign in the chilly weather.

“It was completely preventable
and now it’s completely not-repairable.”

“They didn’t learn from Justin,” she added.
“They need to start protecting us.”

But Flathead County Sheriff Chuck Curry said that while officers want to help to the best of their ability, there are limits to what authorities are allowed to do when it comes to locking someone up.

“We of course take domestic violence very seriously and will continue to,” Curry said. “We will continue to do our part within the system.”

Curry said authorities have made strides in the past couple of years to combat domestic violence, and the Sheriff’s Office deals with thousands of these cases every year.

“If you look at our numbers, we deal with these cases every day,” Curry said.

Domestic violence cases are often very complicated when authorities are dealing with them, he said, but they seem simpler when a tragedy occurs, such as the Christmas Day murders.

“In hindsight, they’re all black and white,” Curry said.

Peters said she would like to see changes within the justice system when it comes to domestic violence, which would include certain parts of state law.

Calbick appeared for a hearing in District Court on Jan. 28, where his attorney scheduled a Feb. 3 hearing at which Calbick intends on changing his not-guilty plea.

Peters, who attended the hearing, said she would keep speaking up.

“We teach people how to treat us by what is allowable,” Peters said. “If nobody talks, nothing’s going to change.”
